3. Account Registration and Security
Registration: To access most features, you must register using a valid email address.
Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
4. Subscription Packages, Free Trial & Strict No-Refund Policy
30-Day Free Trial
Weboden offers a 30-day free trial on the STARTER plan with certain feature limits and no credit card required upfront. This trial gives users a full month to thoroughly evaluate the core platform and ensure it fits their needs prior to making any financial commitment.
Because users are provided with an entire month to test the services for free before spending a single cent, all subsequent premium plan purchases, feature upgrades, and automatic renewals are strictly final and non-refundable.
By upgrading to a paid plan or allowing a subscription renewal, you explicitly acknowledge that you have evaluated the service during the 30-day trial, are fully satisfied with its performance, and agree to waive your right to a refund. Once a payment is processed, the funds cannot be returned.
Billing: You agree to provide valid billing information. We may require a Tax ID or VAT EU identifier for tax compliance where applicable.
Cancellation: Users maintain full control over their accounts and can cancel their paid plan at any time directly through their dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, premium access remains active until the end of the paid billing period, and no further renewals will occur. No partial refunds or credits are issued for unused days.
Returns & Refunds Procedure
As Weboden provides digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, all services are activated instantly upon successful payment. In accordance with our 30-day free trial policy, which allows users to fully evaluate our platform before committing to a purchase, our services are final and non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Weboden for any unlawful purposes or to:
- Upload or transmit any malicious code or viruses.
- Attempt to bypass or disable any security features of the platform.
- Use the service to track end-users in a way that violates their privacy rights or local laws.
6. Intellectual Property
The platform, including its original content, features, and functionality (such as the analytics engine and dashboard interface), is and will remain the exclusive property of Weboden. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform without express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Weboden is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Weboden shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
- We do not warrant that the analytics data will be 100% accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted.
8. Data Privacy

9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service.
